Het ‘Implementatieplan prehospitale triage bij pijn op de borst in de ambulancezorg’ is in juni 2025 landelijk vastgesteld. Het plan beschrijft de landelijke uitrol van triage bij pijn op de borst waarbij gebruik gemaakt wordt van een risicostratificatie instrument in combinatie met een point-of-care (POC) (high sensitive) troponine meting. Hierbij moet gebruik gemaakt worden van de Modified HEART of de preHEART score. Stapsgewijs zullen alle regio’s de nieuwe werkwijze implementeren.
